  I haven't been able to come in for a facial in awhile, because I don't live closeby anymore. However, I feel compelled to write a review on their facial services (never tried other services) because I've tried a few other well known day spas for facials and am thoroughly dissapointed. I'm not sure what magic Barbara possesses, but she's the only person that's helped me get an amazing complexion. She's very thorough with extractions and that's hard to find. Keep in mind when I go for a facial I'm not looking for just a relaxing experience. I want noticeable results that lead to an impeccable complexion. I've had 6 facials in the past 3 months and my face still doesn't look as good as it does after one treatment here. Now I just have to find time to get here.
  
  The only bummer is that I made an appointment a few months ago and upon arrival the door was locked. I called multiple times and no answer. Hoping I don't run into that issue again after making the journey.
