  If you are Looking for experts in the field of training and kettlebells in your neighborhood then NEKB is for you!
  Classes and availability to train by yourself. Owner, Michael is one of the most experienced and kind persons I have ever met in the fitness world.
  
  Tucked behind the Thorp Building it is near Tattersall and a quick walk to Diamonds Coffee Shop. Not the largest gym and far from the corporate cookie cutter look that LA and Lifetime provide. This is a gym for the
  thoughtful athlete that has a goal to get some work done!
  
  Equipment includes not just KBs but also barbells, TRX, monkey bars, and a few more fun fitness toys : )
  
  Well worth the visit
